LEGENDS ABA BASKETBALL TEAM

The West Coast Legends are an expansion basketball team founded in 2022. Playing out of Redwood City, CA and in the Pacific North West division of the ABA, American Basketball Association. Originally a part of the NBA, the ABA was rebooted in the year 2000, and is one of the largest pro sports leagues in the world. The ABA was the league that brought basketball legends such as Julius "Dr. J" Erving to notoriety. The team is owned by Bay Area hip hop artist and entrepreneur Lorenzo "Renz Julian" King. King has served as an player/coach in the ABA since 2020, and is also a former college (St. Mary's Cal) and pro football player (Rapid City, IFL, formerly NIFL).
